Zetewahdo Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Zetewahdo app handles information. Zetewahdo is the public developer name for the app. For privacy or support questions, contact [email protected].

Information stored on your device

The app stores your reading history and page position, favorites, bookmarks, and downloaded PDF cache in app-private storage on your device. These items are used to provide reading and offline-access features. They are not uploaded by the app or synchronized to an account. You can remove them by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Android may remove temporary cached PDF files when it needs storage space.

Requests for online books

When you choose a book that is not bundled with the app or already cached, the app makes an HTTPS request to cdn.zetewahdo.com to download its PDF. Cloudflare provides the CDN and storage services used to deliver these files. Cloudflare processes CDN request data for content delivery, security and troubleshooting. Request-level records include your IP address, country or other coarse location derived from that IP address, the requested resource or book path, timestamps, response status and related technical diagnostic information. A requested book or resource path can reveal which online resource you selected; it does not contain your locally stored reading history, favorites or bookmarks.

Zetewahdo can view CDN request records and uses them only to deliver content, troubleshoot problems and protect the service. Neither Zetewahdo's use of these records nor the app's data flow is for advertising, tracking across other companies' apps or websites, or personalization. Cloudflare's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

For the new iOS app's App Store privacy disclosure, these records are described as Coarse Location, Product Interaction and Other Diagnostic Data, used for App Functionality and linked to your identity. This linkage reflects that the records remain associated with raw IP addresses and are not anonymized before collection. It does not mean the app requires an account or collects your name, and it does not mean the records are used for tracking.

Email support

If you contact Zetewahdo, your email address and the information you include in your message will be handled by your email provider and the support mailbox so that we can respond and manage the request. You choose whether to send a message. Do not include information you do not want to share.

Accounts, advertising, and analytics

The app does not require an account and does not include login, advertising, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs or push-notification services in this release. CDN request records described above are separate from those SDKs and are used only for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Zetewahdo does not use app data for tracking, advertising or personalization, does not sell it, and does not share it with advertisers.

iOS purchases

Purchases in the new iOS app are managed by Apple through the App Store. Zetewahdo does not receive your payment-card details. The app stores the entitlement used to provide purchased access on your device. Reading history and page position, favorites, bookmarks and downloaded PDF cache also remain on your device as described above; they are not synchronized to a Zetewahdo account.

Security and retention

Online PDF requests use HTTPS. Reading information remains in the app's private storage until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Cached PDFs are temporary and may be removed by the operating system. Cloudflare processes and retains technical request records according to the applicable service settings and policies. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period or anonymization of those records. Zetewahdo does not maintain a separate uploaded reading-history database, but can view CDN request records for delivery, troubleshooting and security. Support email is kept only as needed to respond and manage the inquiry.
